Begin by completing our
simple online
Enrollment Form.
It is easy and takes less than 2 minutes! You will receive a
confirmation email with easy instructions for forwarding your credit
reports (and all necessary items to enroll in the program) to us.
If you do not have your credit reports, we can help you obtain them
instantly for free. |

After completing the
enrollment form you will be provided with a
RETAINER AGREEMENT & LIMITED DESIGNATION OF AGENCY
that states all of the following: |

Detailed Description of the Services to be Completed.
b.
Payment Terms for Services, Including The Total Costs.
c.
Time Period of How Long it Will Take to Achieve the Results.
d.
Company Logistical Information: Contact Information & Address. |

Provide RATEX with initial Case Establishment Identification
Verification documents, as required by the credit reporting
agencies. |

|
4. |
After receiving all
necessary agreements and required documents to enroll in our
program, the processing department will perform
a complete itemized analysis of your credit reports. RATEX Credit
Solutions will then develop a customized plan of action specific to
your unique situation.
Then once the three day rescission period has expired, we will
immediately start the process of
challenging the negative items on your credit report(s); auditing the credit bureaus, creditors
and collection agencies on your behalf.
The credit bureaus then have an amount of time
guaranteed by law (30 days) to investigate your dispute. |

At the conclusion of the
credit bureau(s) investigation, they must respond and/or inform you
of the results. A new copy of the credit report should be sent
directly to you along with any deletions or improvements the
bureau(s) have made. Your responsibility is then to first make a
copy of the documents for your records. Then, simply send to us the
originals/new credit report(s). This cycle will repeat itself
monthly to continue improving your overall credit file(s) and scores. |
